STROUDSBURG -- The woman caught on camera allegedly stealing a piece of artwork from the Monroe County Administration building apparently tried to return it Thursday night, according to Monroe County detectives.
It was also caught on camera.A warrant is now out for her arrest.
The county has issued a warrant for the woman's arrest. She faces a misdemeanor theft charge.
The painting is worth $250.
