PECKVILLE -- People lined up to save a couple of bucks at the pump Saturday in Lackawanna County.
Santarelli's Gas Station in Peckville held it's annual "Gas Buy Down" sponsored by the Peckville Assembly of God.
Drivers got to fill up their rides for about $1.50 a gallon.
The pastor believes that the gas buy down benefits those who might need the extra cash.
"These are very difficult days for a lot of people and I think everyone is struggling one way or another," said Pastor Terry Drost, Peckville Assembly of God. "Every little bit helps."
The church and Santarelli's both contributed donations to the event in Lackawanna County
