LEWISBURG -- A no contest plea was entered Thursday by one of the four teenagers accused in a rock throwing incident in Union County.
Brett Lahr of New Columbia had been charged with aggravated assault for allegedly throwing rocks off an overpass above Interstate 80 near Milton.
One of those rocks hit Sharon Budd's vehicle. The woman from Ohio was critically hurt.
Sentencing is scheduled for June in Union County.
