BRADFORD COUNTY -- A bridge in Bradford County that was closed Monday to move large pieces of equipment has reopened, according to PennDOT.
The bridge on Route 187 over the Susquehanna County between Asylum Township and Wysox Township was closed to allow transformers for a new power plant to be transported to the construction site.
PennDOT inspectors then had to inspect the span for damage from the heavy loads.
Engineers found no damage and the bridge was reopened on Thursday, according to PennDOT.
