POTTSVILLE -- State police want to find the man who kidnapped someone in Berks County and drove the victim to a bank in Schuylkill County to withdraw money.
Troopers say Marshall McGinty, 43, broke into a house Monday near Hamburg, pointed an assault rifle at the victim, and tied him up.
He drove the man to Santander Bank in Pottsville where he withdrew $60 from the victim's account.
Investigators say McGinty drove back to Berks County and freed the man.
He was last seen driving a stolen dark blue 2012 Honda Fit with PA plates.
Police say McGinty should be considered armed and dangerous.
