WILKES-BARRE -- A judge ordered that Justin Kosko be held in protective custody at the Luzerne County prison because his alleged victim is Hugo Selenski's daughter Rachael.

He faces a half-dozen charges after police say he terrorized the victim and threatened her with a knife for hours Saturday morning.

"I am not a celebrity," said Kosko after he was led away from his arraignment near Wilkes-Barre. He's accused of attacking Hugo Selenski's daughter Rachael McCuen.

Kosko is a familiar face to some, often seen at the double murder trial, accompanying Selenski's daughter in the Luzerne County Courthouse.

"I have been through enough. I don't want to talk. I am sorry," said McCuen.

Rachael McCuen was also at the Wilkes-Barre Township Police Station picking up a PFA against Kosko.

Police say they were called to her home on Church Street near the city just after 6 a.m.

Where McCuen told them Kosko had thrown her against a refrigerator, held a knife to her throat, and threatened to kill her dogs.

According to court papers, the violence went on for more than three hours and only ended when the victim managed to drive away.

All of this takes place just days after the alleged victim's father, Hugo Selenski, was found guilty of first degree murder for the killings of Michael Kerkowski and Tammy Fassett back in 2002.

On Tuesday, the jury is scheduled to consider whether he should receive the death penalty.

"She escaped. Wow. It is just amazing I guess it is the never ending story right," said Debbie Molitoris, neighbor.

Bail is set at $100,000 and Kosko is now in protective custody in the Luzerne County prison all because his alleged victim's father, a notorious convicted murderer, is there too.

After all the Selenski family drama, a neighbor wondered what happened when she saw the police and if it was related to Hugo Selenski's case.

"Probably, I figured it was something, because I knew she lived there," said Molitoris. "I really don't know them, I would just see her walking the dog that's it."

Again, Justin Kosko is locked up facing a slew of charges.

The penalty phase of Hugo Selenski's trial is scheduled to start Tuesday in Luzerne County court.
