WILKES-BARRE -- Hugo Selenski's brother was taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs after Selenski was convicted of murder Wednesday night.
Police say following the verdict, Ronald Selenski, brother of Hugo, approached members of the district attorney's office and members of the victim's family who were on the elevator at the courthouse. Police say Ronald, with the intent to terrorize, threatened to commit a crime of violence. They say he told a member of the D.A.'s office, "I am going to get you," while pointing his finger and thumb in a gun-like motion.
Ronald Selenski is charged with making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.
