MOUNT PLEASANT TOWNSHIP -- Flames ripped through a home in Wayne County.
Officials said two people lived at the home on Sherwood Drive, but they weren't home at the time of the fire.
According to the fire chief, the owners were in the process of renovating the house near Forest City.
No one was hurt battling the blaze and crews were unable to save the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation in Wayne County.
