SCRANTON -- It was a day of fun competition for 130 kids from 16 different school districts Friday, taking part in a sports challenge for special education students.
The students and staff of NEIU 19's "Victory Village" program organized this event.
Not only do they get to have some fun competition, but admission required food items that will go to United Neighborhood Centers in Scranton.
