WEST MAHANOY TOWNSHIP – Police in Schuylkill County filed homicide charges against a man accused of killing his roommate.
Officers charged Thomas Petrousky, 54, of West Mahanoy Township, with criminal homicide and related charges on Thursday accusing him of killing his roommate, David Halaburda, at a home on Wylam Street near Frackville in April.
Petrousky is charged also with first and third degree murder, and reckless endangerment.
