CANADENSIS – A man in Monroe County was sentenced for unlawful contact with a minor.
Officials said Anthanasios Theodoropoulos of Brodheadsville was sentenced Tuesday, to 22-60 months in prison.
The District Attorney said Theodoropoulos contacted a 13-year-old girl from Canadensis in June, asking for nude pictures and talked about meeting to have sex.
According to authorities, Theodoropoulos pleaded guilty to unlawful contact with a minor and must register as a Megan’s Law offender for 20 years.
