WILKES-BARRE -- Crumbling flood protection is set to cause problems for drivers.

According to Wilkes-Barre officials, Brook Street in the city will become a one way street between Waller and Regent Streets starting on Monday.

This also means no parking on that part of Brook Street.

City leaders said it's all because of a decaying flood wall along Solomon Creek in Luzerne County.
