WILKES-BARRE — A man from Philadelphia is charged with burglary in Wilkes-Barre.
According to police, Robert Hood forced his way into a home along Stanton Street and beat up a man Sunday morning.
Officers said the victim been hospitalized and Hood is locked up in Luzerne County.
