PAUPACK TOWNSHIP -- Authorities announced the arrest of a man in connection with a crash in Wayne County that left three teenagers dead.
The district attorney said Michael Ware, 53, of Scarsdale, New York was arraigned Wednesday on a list of charges related to the deadly crash in August in Paupack Township, near Hamlin.
Investigators said Ware allowed the driver, a juvenile without a license, to use his vehicle.
Troopers said the driver lost control and three teen passengers from the Philadelphia area were killed. Two other passengers were injured.
Bail for Ware was set at $100,000.
