SCRANTON -- Volunteers in Scranton made sure needy kids can rip open a gift this holiday season.
Volunteers wrapped gifts Thursday at the Jewish Community Center on Jefferson Avenue .
The program is called "Project Joy."
Once the gifts are wrapped, they are delivered to several social service agencies in Lackawanna County to be given to families in time for the holiday.
