KINGSTON -- The owner of a store in Luzerne County is making a public plea after someone burglarized his store overnight.

Police say guitars, cash, and someone's Christmas gift were all stolen from the store.

That store owner is asking anyone who sees a deal too good to be true on a guitar or a keyboard online or at a pawn store to be a suspicious.

Police were called to Studio 309 Music, Antiques, and Collectibles on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston shortly after noon on Friday.

We saw detectives inside taking pictures where musical instruments were swiped off the walls sometime overnight.

The store owner says one stolen guitar is worth around $5,000.

A black electric Fender Starcaster that was being held as a Christmas gift was also taken by burglars.

"It's kind of like a kick in the teeth, but it will make us stronger and we have God on our side so whoever did it, you're going to get arrested. I can almost guarantee you that," Studio 309 owner Greg Williams.

Studio 309 was closed for several hours while police took pictures and inventory.

Anyone with tips on the stolen guitars can call Kingston Police.
