WYALUSING -- Police in Bradford County charged a man who they believe allowed two teenagers to smoke marijuana in his home dozens of times.
Officers charged Arthur Chilson, 51, of Wyalusing with corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.
Police say the teens told them Chilson gave them a key to his apartment so they could come and go as they pleased and he would leave food, drinks, and drugs for them.
