SCRANTON -- Friends of the Poor hosted its annual Thanksgiving dinner Tuesday evening.
This is the 38th year the charity group hosted the event at the Scranton Cultural Center.
Everyone in the community is welcome to come out for the free dinner.
Volunteers say the dinner provides a place for those who may be less fortunate or do not have anyone to spend the holiday with.
