GLEN LYON -- A man now admits he stole a piece of heavy equipment from a construction site along Interstate 81.
Cell phone video shows state police loading the stolen skid steer onto a truck.
According to court papers, Francis Moreck of Glen Lyon told police he took the skid steer to a garage in Wilkes-Barre using his Ford Excursion and a borrowed trailer.
Authorities said a tracking device on the skid steer helped them find it.
Moreck is charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
