MIFFLINBURG -- A man in Union County, facing a trial for allegedly taking money from investors and spending it on himself, pleaded guilty on Wednesday.
Authorities say Ted Cresswell of Mifflinburg secured $240,000 to invest in a storage facility, but it was never built, and the investors didn't get their money back.
Cresswell is expected to be sentenced in January in Union County.
