BUTLER TOWNSHIP -- Homicide by vehicle charges have been filed against a woman for a crash in June.
Amy Boppel, 36, of Ashland was charged Friday with the crash on High Street near Gilberton on June 25.
Police say Boppel was driving under the influence when her vehicle collided with another, killing Mary Lou Leiby of Ringtown.
