COAL TOWNSHIP — Two men are facing animal cruelty charges in connection with a dog that was found with stab wounds in Northumberland County.
Police in Coal Township say Delvin Williams, 30, and Joseph Beisel, 27, have both been charged with cruelty to animals.
Those charges come after an investigation into a dog that was found along Route 901 near Shamokin in October.
The dog was found muzzled with stab wounds on its neck.
