SHAMOKIN TOWNSHIP -- State police in Northumberland County charged a man on Monday for allegedly shooting and wounding a woman.
Troopers believe Rafael Diroche shot Salicia Yost in the head near Shamokin back in February. Yost survived.
According to court records, a dispute about drug money led to the shooting.
Diroche is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, attempted aggravated assault and corrupt organizations.
He is locked up in the Northumberland County prison.
