WILKES-BARRE -- A businessman in Luzerne County pleaded guilty Monday to third degree murder.
Prosecutors said in September of last year, Vito Aiello shot his wife then turned the gun on himself at their home in Wilkes-Barre.
He survived, the woman died at the hospital.
As part of the plea deal, Aiello was sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison.
