CASS TOWNSHIP — State police are investigating a violent home invasion in Schuylkill County.
Troopers said the victim told them a man forced his way into his home in Cass Township near Pottsville Friday morning.
According to police, the victim was assaulted and shot in the leg.
The victim said a second man joined the first, and the two demanded money which he gave them.
State police said the suspects tied up the victim and took off.
Anyone with information is asked to call the State Police at Frackville.
