MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP -- Assault and burglary charges were filed Tuesday in connection with a weekend shooting and home invasion in Columbia County.
Pamela Fatava told police she drove her friend. Jason Foust, to his boss's home near Mifflinville Sunday morning.
According to court papers, she stayed in the truck while Foust went inside Barry Reynolds' house.
A half hour later, she says she saw Foust shoot Reynolds outside.
Fatava said Foust threw the gun into the river along with computers and clocks belonging to Reynolds.
Fatava is locked up on $50,000 bail, charged with aggravated assault, burglary, and theft by unlawful taking.
Authorities expect to charge Foust with attempted homicide Wednesday in Columbia County.
