SWIFTWATER -- As the manhunt shifted south from Barrett and Price Townships, the Pocono Mountain School District found itself at the center of the action, forcing classes to be cancelled and sporting events to be moved.

But it was back to normal Saturday morning as Pocono Mountain East battled Pocono Mountain West on the football field.

From the band, to the cheerleaders, to the fans everyone seemed to be savoring the chance to have some fun outside and get back to their regular routines.

"We can go out and practice a lot more. Before we weren't allowed to and it was very difficult because we couldn't get the size of the field and it would be a mess," said Samantha Perez, color guard member.

Perez said now that things are back to normal, it's time to start working hard again.
