Scranton Prep played host to Hanover Area on Wednesday afternoon, in the district playoffs of girls' soccer. The Lady Classics scored early and often. The first goal came just eight minutes into the game, as Liz Shoemaker put one past, and then three minutes later, Cara Griffith, needed no assistance in getting the ball to the goal. Soon after, it was Jess Geno credited with tapping in the third goal after Griffith sailed a perfect kick to the post on the assist.
In the end, it was Scranton Prep winning 7-1.
