HARRISBURG -- A justice of the state Supreme Court has been temporarily relieved of his duties.
The court announced Monday that Justice Seamus McCaffery will be temporarily stripped of his judicial and administrative responsibilities.
He is the latest casualty of the pornographic e-mail scandal in Harrisburg.
Investigators say McCaffery received and forwarded hundreds of explicit e-mails.
McCaffrey publicly lashed out at Chief Justice Ron Castille last week for releasing the information about the e-mails.
