Cinnamon Apple Spread
4 cups Apple Cider
2/3 cups Cinnamon "Red Hots" Candy
5 cups Sugar
1 box Dry Pectin (1.75 oz.)
1/2 tsp Citric Acid
Yield= 63 oz.
Cooking time: about 25 minutes
Mix cider, candy, pectin and Citric acid in large non stick pot.
Place over high heat and bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Add sugar to mixture, and bring to second rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Cook for 1 additional minute at full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour into sterilized canning jars.
