LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- PennDOT said to expect delays in Lackawanna County.
Officials said work will force Harrison Avenue in Scranton down to one lane from 7a.m. until 5p.m. Monday afternoon.
A utility is fixing the road following a construction project and PennDOT officials have not said how long the work will take in Scranton.
In another part of Lackawanna County, some lanes of Northern Boulevard near Clarks Summit are expected to close for about two weeks.
Officials said the closure will be between Burcher Street and Shady Lane Road, starting Monday.
Only one lane in each direction is expected to be open during the project to upgrade Abington Regional Wastewater Authority.
