SCRANTON -- A businessman from Susquehanna County pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge connected to illegal international trade.
Harold Rinko entered that plea in federal court Tuesday morning in Scranton.
Prosecutors say Rinko used his company, Global Parts Supply in the Hallstead area, to acquire items to detect chemical weapons.
The feds say those items made their way to Syria, a country linked to terrorism.
Rinko faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
