Brats and steaks on the grill are perfect for tailgate parties. Fred Magnotta prepares them for us.
Grilled Brats:
Soak Brats in your favorite beer over night.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Rinse, grill and serve on a soft roll with mustard.
Grilled Ribeye Steak:
Ask for thinly sliced ribeye at butcher
Season with salt and pepper
Grill for a few minutes on each side
Add cooper cheese, cover to help cheese melt
Add grilled pepper and mushrooms
Serve on a fresh bun
