MONTOURSVILLE -- Big changes are coming to the Williamsport Regional Airport in Lycoming County.
State and local officials announced Wednesday that the airport will receive a $1.5 million grant through the Commonwealth Financing Authority under the state's newly created Multimodal Transportation Fund.
The airport plans to use the money to replace a terminal building, adding 8,000 square feet to the airport.
Officials hope this will expand services at the airport.
