WILKES-BARRE -- A woman is in cuffs and a teen is in the hospital after a stabbing in Wilkes-Barre.
Officers said Ivy Hall, 41, stabbed a 16-year-old on Sambourne Street just before 9p.m. Thursday night.
According to officials, the boy is in stable condition and the woman from Wilkes-Barre faces assault charges.
