Robbery, Firearms Charges Filed Against Tobyhanna Man

COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- An armed robbery in Monroe County has a man facing felony charges.

Authorities say Johnathan Correa, 22, of Tobyhanna, used a gun to rob a group of people in a parking lot at A Pocono Country Place near Tobyhanna in July.

He got away with cash and car keys.

Police say they caught up with him about two weeks ago in New Jersey. Correa is now back in Monroe County and faces a list of charges including robbery and firearms violations.

Correa is locked up in Monroe County with bail set at $100,000.
