POTTSVILLE -- A man was found not guilty in Schuylkill County of putting his 2-year-old son in danger.
Kyle Delpais of Brockton was acquitted by a jury last week.
Police say he took the toddler for a ride on an ATV in August of 2012. The child, who was not wearing a helmet, was seriously injured after he grabbed the accelerator, sending the ATV into a tree.
