SHENANDOAH -- A man wanted for murder has returned in Schuylkill County.
Police believe Luis Ramos stabbed Wendy Contreras to death at a home along West Centre Street in Shenandoah back in late April.
Authorities tracked him down in New York City later that same week. Ramos had been in a jail in New York ever since.
He faces criminal homicide and other charges.
