HONESDALE -- A man in Wayne County has now been charged for hurting two kittens.

Brandon Sullum, 22, of Honesdale has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty.

Police said Sullum hurt both of the kittens by repeatedly throwing them against a wall.

One of the cats had to be euthanized. The other was also hurt.

Police said he took in the cats for a friend after a fire.

Yes, we get upset over this. We don’t have to pick one or the other to get upset about. If you don’t get upset about this, I feel sorry for you.

I actually know this kid and to think I worked with him. I would have never expected this. If I do see him, I won’t have any remorse for him.

I’d honestly say that such abuse of innocent animals should be a capital offense. People can change, but seldom do. This man will continue abuse animals, and that may lead to abuse of humans. Nip it in the bud.

abuse to animal is just as bad as child abuse we need tougher laws for criminals that do these crimes i say give this person 10 years in jail register as animal abuser if they fail to to so in so days they pay for court cost. also this person is found guilty for the crime they should pay for the medical bills reguard less what the person makes this douche bag should get the book and key thrown at them also have them put in medial ward for farther evaluation and also have there face posted what they state they live so people know not to let them bred or sell anthor animal again if they catch them in the act of selling or breeding anthor animal they call local law inforcement and also have them on crimal cracks back ground checks as well those ideas would be best for crimals and abusers like bradon sullman.

We are charged by God to have dominion or “take care of” God’s creation. This guy and those like him are an epic fail in the human race. There is something very dark in a person who gets off harming innocent people and animals. He has a fiancĂ©. How can she bear to look at him let alone touch him?1 UGH!

We should re-evaluate a lot of stuff . Look, weed is still federally illegal. Nothing should be illegal unless deadly.
It all lays wuth congress if the US wants a better country all of congress as we currently know it must die, and be replaced by people with intelligence that won’t make it a goal to inflict crimes upon humanity, as our congress currently is and should be exterminated for.

LOL you had me until the last line! How about eliminated, or revised, or reviewed?! I think this situation is more clearly a case of a desensitized society, and a flip-flop of what’s good and what’s evil. Surly those in power, or some of them anyway are guilty of this. Marijuana is illegal overall, liquor is legal and clearly kills, and speed for kids is legal.. so yeah, something’s screwed up here.

I hope when and if this guy goes to jail someone walk’s him into a wall at least 20 times so he knows how those poor animals felt that he hurt. If he lived by me he would not want to come back to my neighborhood.
