SCRANTON — Drivers face more delays Friday on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County.

According to PennDOT, I-81 northbound between the Main Avenue exit (190) and the Clarks Summit exit (194) will be down to one lane because of a crash.

PennDOT officials say a contractor is replacing damaged guiderails and they hope to have the lanes open by 5 p.m.
