LUZERNE COUNTY -- A business in Wilkes-Barre was condemned Wednesday, a short time after another one of its locations in Luzerne County was raided by the FBI.
Wilkes-Barre city officials shut down LAG Towing building on Carey Avenue late Wednesday afternoon. Federal investigators were also at this location on Wednesday.
FBI agents were at the LAG building along Foote Avenue in Duryea earlier in the afternoon, but would not say why they were there.
According to a criminal complaint from earlier this year, company owner Leo Glodzik is the focus of an ongoing investigation.
A jury in Luzerne County found Glodzik guilty of theft charges earlier this year.
