KUNKLETOWN -- Horses helped raise money for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Monroe County.
Ride 4 Hope was held at Hidden Creek Equestrian Center in Kunkletown on Saturday.
Horseback riders choreographed performances to music and performed in front of judges to earn a baseline score. Spectators then voted for their favorite team or rider with money, with each dollar equaling one point. Those points were added to the baseline score to determine the winner.
All of the money raised was donated to St. Jude's.
Since 2009, Ride 4 Hope in Monroe County has raised more than $15,000 for research and treatment of childhood cancer.
