CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP – A man was killed in a crash in Monroe County Friday morning.
The coroner said Michal Kobylinski, 20, of Stroudsburg died when he lost control on Route 715 near Effort around 7:30 a.m. Friday and hit a tree.
A passenger in the car was taken to the hospital.
