HANOVER TOWNSHIP -- A park in Luzerne County has again been hit by vandals.

Volunteers were out Wednesday cleaning up the mess left behind at the Hanover Township Recreation Park near Nanticoke.

They tell us several picnic tables were flipped over. Two of them damaged Tuesday night or early Wednesday.

Vandals also tossed trash throughout the park.

In September, soccer games were cancelled after someone on an all-terrain vehicle tore up the field.

Neighbors who see anyone in the park after dusk are urged to call Hanover Township police.
