Locally Developed Mobile Phone App Celebrated in Scranton

SCRANTON-- A red carpet event was held to celebrate a successful mobile phone app developed in Lackawanna County.

The app "French Girls" has been downloaded over 1 million times.

The app let's the user take "selfies" then someone will sketch a drawing from that "selfie".

Around 150 people were expected to attend the event, including local celebrities and dignitaries.
