Living History & Civil War Weekend

Eckley Miners’ Village sponsors a Living History & Civil War Weekend.  The Civil War era comes to life with Union & Confederate camps, cavalry demonstrations & battle re-enactments.  The event also features music & crafters.  It’s held at Eckley Miners’ Village August 16 & 17 each day 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Rad Rainbows: Tie Dye at the Museum

Hey kids! What’s more fun then making a tie-dyed shirt?  Celebrate rainbow colors by creating your own wearable tie-dye project to take home.  The Children’s Museum on W. Seventh Street in Bloomsburg sponsors “Rad Rainbows: Tie-Dye at the Museum”.  It’s held for children 3 years & over at the museum on Saturday, August 16 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
