Man Locked Up after Drug Bust in Sullivan County

COLLEY TOWNSHIP — A man is locked up after officers found baggies of suspected marijuana Sunday night in Sullivan County.

Police said Richelieu Payne, 22 of Philadelphia, went to the Red Rock Job Corps Center on Route 487 where Officers found 212 individual baggies of suspected marijuana.

According to authorities, Payne is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and other drug related charges in Sullivan County.

Officials said Payne is locked up at the Columbia County Correctional Facility.
