DUNMORE -- A man wanted for child rape charges has been captured in Lackawanna County.
Prosecutors said Joshia Bobb was arrested just before 11p.m. Saturday night at a shopping plaza in Dunmore.
Officers believe Bobb is from Tennessee and was using the alias "Brent Morgan".
