HAZLE TOWNSHIP– A man is behind bars after he allegedly exposed himself in a department store in Luzerne County.
State Police said Isaac Kieselowsky, 33, of Pittston was observed on video surveillance committing lewd acts in Boscov’s in the Laurel Mall near Hazleton today.
Authorities have charged him with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
