St. Jude Parish Picnic in the Grove
In Mountain Top, St. Jude Parish has the Annual “Picnic in the Grove” off Route 309. The picnic is August 8, 9 & 10: Friday & Saturday, 4 p.m. – 11 p.m. and Sunday, noon – 9 p.m. Picnic includes great food, live music, a big raffle of cash prizes of $1, 000, $750, $500, or $250 (with no need to be present for the drawing), games for children, and an open-pit chicken BBQ on Sunday.
Eagles Mere 44th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival
In Sullivan County, the historic village of Eagles Mere hosts the 44th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival. Festival is at the Eagles Mere Village Green on Route 42, August 9 & 10: Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. The Arts & Crafts Festival features juried fine arts and crafts for sale on the Village Green.
